Look at this beautiful Naan. It’s from Tandoozy at Fremont Sunday Market. This Sunday Market reminds me of the Spitalfields in London, both of them got many antiques and art stalls. But of course, the one in London are much larger in scale. But don’t worry, Fremont made a good start in Seattle. Importantly, Tandoozy was there. I have been waiting patiently for about 15 minutes and luckily I got my Naan just right before their 10 minutes break (Yes, they definitely need a break because every single Naan is hand made on the spot). My Naan was extremely big, fresh and hot. The woman asked “do you think you can finish this piece of Naan?”, Then she added, “I am sure you got friends with you.” Yeah, she’s right, I got a friend with me. I have chicken with tikka Masala Sauce and chutney (I am not sure is peach or mango) on my Naan. Oh, they also brush a layer of cilantro sauce before they put on the ingredients. I am so happy that day like a little kid having an extra scoop of ice-cream for free.
